When you live in Americas finest city, photos like these are easy to capture. You just have to get out to do so! My friends and I decided to go out for a hike instead of meeting to eat. Opting for healthier meet ups and mixing it up helps keep us all on track towards our health goals. When you are trying to improve yourself and achieve a better self, be sure that those in your circle or around you will hold you accountable to those because without accountability partners, who else can we go to for support?
