Gym rat selfie! I have been out of commission for about a week and was a little hesitant to go back today. However relaxing that I can be the biggest road block on the road to my health success, I pushed through and crushed it (with modifications of course). I cannot tell you how much better I feel and it really doesn't matter now many times you fall down, it's how many times you get up!
