Words to live by! No matter how hard you workout and how hard you train, if you are eating poorly, you will not get to the health goal you are trying to achieve. I used to think this and know plenty of people who do. Some say it's 70% diet and 30% exercise while others say it's 80% diet! Whatever the case may be if you are not seeing the results you desire, take a serious look into what you are consuming. Until I changed my eating habits, I had minimal progress and was losing hope. With the help of great trainers, I was taught that majority of it has to do with what I was eating. Not getting enough protein, drinking way too much alcohol as well as not eating the right amount of food definitely was keeping me from making progress.
