When having get togethers with friends it can be hard at times to keep on track with your diet as well as any health goal you are working towards. The key to success is letting those who surround you know what your goals are and maybe even encourage them to set some of their own if they have not done so already. Just because we are getting together where the venue is strictly socializing, snacking and drinking, does not mean you have to disregard all the hard work you have been putting in to reach those goals. Opt for healthier snacks/treats and stock up on whatever fruits are in season!
